
In the Atlantic, the closest of the three tropical waves has a five-day path that could put it close to Puerto Rico or Hispaniola. It’s currently a tropical wave located 950 miles east of the Lesser Antilles, producing limited areas of showers but moving at a fast pace to the west, the NHC said in its 8 a.m. update Saturday.
